Designed by SAAJ Design, this home made the top 20 in the World Architecture News Home competition. The trapezoidal shaped mullions follow a curve that varies between the top and bottom. This results in a “leaning and curving” wall. This complex wall element was fabricated off site and installed with a crane. The alucabond clad mullions are uniquely designed to accommodate installation of double glazed glass panels. The result is a uniquely organic shape that sets off the side of the home.
