“Zinc House” designed by architects Denton Corker Marshall (Winner of 2011 National Institute of Architects Award for Residential Architecture.

ADI was engaged to design and manufacture the bespoke operable louvres on the front and rear of the home.

The internal framing is made from steel and covered in aged Rhine Zinc cladding. It is fully automated, spans 9 metres x 2.4 metres, weighs 4 tonnes and rotates through 180 degrees to act as either a shading screen or an awning.

The operating motors are hidden within the louvre.
